Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline
- Standard Delivery (within India): 4–7 business days (depending on location).
- Express Delivery (selected cities): 2–3 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹200, a standard shipping fee of ₹60 will apply.
- Express shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.
International Shipping
- Currently, we don’t ship internationally.
- If enabled: International delivery timelines and charges will be calculated at checkout. Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Delays & Issues
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, weather, or natural events.
- If your order is lost or undelivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
